Hello, I’m a Dutch artist and work as zzp on building up art shows.
I live a sober and alternative lifestyle. There is here a possibility to grow some own vegetables or make some nice fire in the evenings; with in summertime’s a lake nearby to take a swim.

I search for a relaxed and open minded person who is able to live on an anti-squat basis and share a household. Someone with who you can make good arrangements.
The benefit is a low rent, but with an open term; so as long as it lasts.
I’ve been living here for two years now. My roommate has moved, which is why I am looking for a new resident.

The person can occupy upstairs two rooms (one big and one small), downstairs a living room, kitchen with all necessities, bathroom and washing room to share.
There is enough roof space to park a car under.

Every month check from the anti-squat organization, to see if the house is well occupied and taken care for.
But this is compensated with the low rental costs.
The gas/electric and water bill is shared.
You will have your own contract signing with the anti-squat organization.
I need someone who is in the possibility to sign this contract within two weeks.

I prefer a responsible and calm person who keeps indoor and outdoor more or less tidy. No parties, but of course possible to invite some friends.
Preference is given to people with no registration in the Municipality.
Other status can be negotiable.
 
In the village of Westerhoven/countryside (municipality of Bergeijk) with a direct bus connection (35 min) to Eindhoven center (bus stop at +-500 meters from the house).
